STEP ONE // GETTING TO KNOW YOU AND YOUR SPACE

Fill out our Design Questionnaire Form so we can get to know you and your space better! In addition, we will ask you to include measurements for your space for reference.

 

STEP TWO // COMPLETE BOOKING

Once we’ve received your Design Questionnaire, and have determined our Virtual Design Service fits your needs, we’ll send you an invoice to complete the booking process.

STEP THREE

STEP THREE // LET THE FUN BEGIN!

Once you’ve completed your purchase, the fun begins! The first step of the design process is to collect inspiration for your space. We will create a shared/private Pinterest board where we will ask you to add any and all design, products, colors, decor that you would like your new design to embody. We will use this board as  a “mood board” ( general vibe, colors, details etc) to help us with the direction of your design.

STEP FOUR

STEP FOUR // DESIGN TIME + REVISIONS

Once we’ve chatted via email about the general direction of what’s inspiring the design for your space, we’ll get started creating 2-3 initial Design Boards for your space. From those three initial Design Boards, we will have you select one look to “fine tune.” Once we’ve “fine tuned” your selected Design Board using the feedback you’ve provided, you will have the opportunity to make two final revisions. This means, if you’re still wanting to see a different product swapped out for an existing one, this is your opportunity to do so. If needed, further revisions can be provided at an additional hourly design rate.

Once we’ve gotten the “green light” from you to finalize your design board, we’ll get started on pulling your shopping list together.

STEP FIVE

STEP FIVE // SHOPPING LIST WITH LINKS TO PURCHASE

Once you have approved the final Design Board for your space, we will create a detailed product shopping list with links for you to purchase at your own pace!

STEP SIX

STEP SIX // PRODUCT STYLING + LAYOUT

When we’ve completed your Design Board, and have sourced your Shopping List, we’ll pull it all together in an organized presentation for you to view. In addition, included in this document are styling tips for your products and space, as well as layout recommendations/instructions. Lastly,  personalized notes throughout your Design Board and Shopping List outlining any details we would like to call your attention to.

STEP SEVEN // FINAL DESIGN HAND-OFF

Once we have completed all of the above, we will email you your final Design Plan.

Service Includes…

  • Custom tailored furniture and décor picks for your space
  • Two Design Boards for you to select from
  • One round of revisions
    • Additional revisions available at an hourly rate
  • A detailed Shopping List with links to purchase all of your products
  • A layout plan and instructions on how to style your pieces

 

Service Does Not Include…

  • Any 3D renderings
  • A to-scale floor plan

 

Your Investment

  • Your investment into our  Virtual Interior Design Service  is a one-time fee of $750 + 2.9% for processing fees
    • Included in your investment is all of the above, as well as approximately 5-8 hours of design work and consultation
    • Any additional requested design work or consultation ( outside of what is outlined in the package details above) will be charged at our hourly rate of $120/hr upon request and approval of the client and designer. 
    • Pricing is based on one room only

 

  • We offer a 10% discount for client’s looking to book more than one Virtual Design Service at a time (multiple rooms at a time)
    • We encourage taking advantage of this discount if you are interested in virtually designing more than one space in your home. It is important to note that our designers will only work on one space at a time to ensure quality of communication and the focus on the design itself.
