In true “Price Family” fashion, we weren’t exactly planning to move when we came across this home. But what’s the saying, the best things come along when you’re not looking for them? That isa saying right? Well none the less that was definitely the case with this home.
I have always been interested in real estate, naturally, so every now and then I browse the real-estate apps to see what’s on the market, what are properties selling for, and to creep the interiors. Don’t judge me, you know you do it too. And on one particular creep session, there she was in all her fixer upper glory. And I say that will some real conviction. I mean, you really needed to have an imagination to see past the neglected exterior, and unique interior.
None the less, she checked all the boxes. It had the space our growing family needed, and could accommodate our handmade business we had been hustling out of our garage for the last two years. I mean it was PERFECT. And the best part about this 1974 Model Home, it was bursting with charm and potential underneath all the mess. And the rest was history…
